Welcome to Pilates with One Element Docklands
Our mission is to inspire and empower you to achieve your fitness and wellness goals by bringing Pilates into the serene and invigorating environment of the great outdoors in Thames Barrier Park.
We believe in the holistic benefits of exercising in nature, which enhances both physical strength and mental well-being. Our commitment is to provide a welcoming and supportive community where members of all fitness levels can improve their health, find balance, and reconnect with nature.
Join us as we elevate our Pilates practice in the fresh air, fostering a deeper connection between body, mind, and environment. Please bring your own mat if you’d like, otherwise these will be provided.
OE Docklands also offers a huge variety of other outdoor fitness sessions including cardio HIIT, bodyweight circuit training, strength based kettlebells and boxing. Meet the team
Francesca – Friday 7:45-8:30am Outdoor Pilates
Francesca qualified as a Pilates teacher in 2020 and has since been teaching group and private classes. Her sessions aim to develop strength, mobility and flexibility of the whole body and are for all levels. Breathing and focussing on the movements will make you feel physically energised and mentally relaxed, ready for the day ahead.
Directions & transport
You can access Thames Barrier Park from North Woolwich Road by the staircase at Barrier Point Road. It is located adjacent to Pontoon Dock DLR station and next to the Royal Wharf development. You will find the team on the right hand side of the park (when facing the river) on the large patch of grass close to Royal Wharf. Our Trainers will be wearing a clearly marked One Element t-shirt with ‘Trainer’ on the back and have a One Element flag in the ground.
