Kate’s Story
Kate is a leading Mindset & Confidence Coach with 22 years coaching experience. She’s worked across a number of industries including Media, Entertainment, Fitness, Holistic Health and Well-being. Kate is a trained Life Coach, Professional Actor, NLP Master Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Pre/Post Natal Specialist, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She’s worked in varying capacities with hundreds of individuals alongside many prolific companies including the BBC, Adam & Eve DDB, Merman, Somesuch, Now TV, Nickelodeon, MTV, ITV, One Element, More Yoga, Thames Water, The RFU, Via Vita Health and HFW. Having overcome her own life challenges including anorexia, divorce, low self esteem and depression she works with ambitious individuals who want to thrive personally and professionally.
